Today we are finishing our walk through 1st Peter with a reading from verses 4:12-14, and then 5:6-11. We're going to be talking about anxiety and stress, and what the bible says about dealing with our anxiety in a biblical way. We'll get a glimpse into how big an issue anxiety is, see some causes of anxiety from the bible, we'll look at some of the effects of anxiety, and finally, some promoses of God to hold onto when you're feeling anxiety taking control.
